- Notification U/s 18 & 13(3) of LDA Act issued on 16th September & 27th October 2011.
- Notification u/s 4 of Land Acquisition Act for area 45000 Kanals issued on 27.11.2011 including seven mauzas Kahna, Kacha, Theh Panju, Sidher, Halloki, Toor Warriach, Rakh Jhedu.
- Agreement with the DPs (Alpha Estate, Maymar Housing Services, Urban Developers, Paragon City & Pak Estate) was executed on 28.09.2013.
- Scheme Boundary extended on 19.11.2014 for total area 59000 Kanals approx.
- Land measuring 13497-Kanals has been presented to LDA by the DPs till 02.08.2016 i.e. the date of expiry of the agreement.
- 9038-K, 17-M land has been possessed by LDA.
- Acquisition of land falling in Mauza Sidher is under process.
- Scheme planning was out sourced to Osmani & Co and almost 80% work is complete.
