ISLAMABAD: 130 get HEC scholarships

A ceremony was held on Tuesday under the auspices of Higher Education Commission (HEC) to award 130 students overseas scholarships for higher studies.

Faisal Kareem Kundi, National Assembly deputy speaker, awarded certificates to successful scholars as the chief guest on the occasion.

Shahnaz Wazir Ali, special assistant to the PM and HEC in charge, ambassador of Austria, head of German Embassy Cultural Affairs, and honorary counsel general of New Zealand attended the event. Daily Times
