PPIB is fail and a dummy department just to grap money of foreign investors and to make them run out of country leaving their finances and gurantees.

I , being consultant of EPC contractor e mailed, contected, called many times to PPIB to provide me a list of IPPS but no response from them, no one even bother to reply my letters, mails, calls, if they had , i may have contacted any IPP for a Thermal power plant in short time.

Is their any body to ask them , why they dont reply such imoportant issues/mails.

No body is serious in solving the electricity shortage problem, small IPPs like 200 MW each cant do it.
No body is in terested in taking any step to take this country out of this crises.

I, being consultant of a USA based EPC contractor for power, can install 1500 to 2000MW thermal power plant on tri fuel within 12 months, just subject to Bank Guarantee of any A class bank for 50% cost of project.

Is their any one having capibility to decide and take any strong step.
NO one, we will be lying behind in world unless we get committed and sincere with our country.
