Is there any provision to overseas pakistanis with overseas membership or remittance card holders that they shall have discount or tax exemption?

You can use remittance card to pay custom duty. If you transfer 10 million rupees in one year, you will get platinum card which is good for one lakh custom duty. For 5 million transfer you gat gold card worth 50 thousand rupees.

You will have to pay duty if you want to use it in Pakistan. I suggest you visit nearest mobile operator’s franchise or help center to know how much tax you will have to pay, You can get it registered from there. In case you want to pay online dial *8484# from your mobile dial pad and follow instructions but you might not be able to do so as your phone has already been blocked.
