The CDA had asked all housing schemes, which have failed to fulfil legal criteria to demarcate their land and provide the number of its allottees, he said. The official said so far around 20 hosing schemes had not yet properly started development work and the authority would take action against them.
The CDA has so issued no objection certificate (NOC) to 12 housing societies in Zone-II and Zone of V, he added. He said 44 housing societies had applied for the NOC, 30 in Zone-V and 14 in Zone-11. fazal sher
