According to the reference of email dated 19-11-2008, sent by spain embassy islamabad, the embassy is closed because of construction work and it will resume the normal activity within one week, but i think that you are right and they are closed because of security reasons.
in General, the embassies make appropriate arrangments such as hotel booking, or receive applications through any other embassy but if they say the embassy is closed for construction work, it totally lie.

He solicitado visado establecimiento de reino unido al dia 29 de julio,y al dia siguente me han llamado y mean pedido que tengo que tener mis certificado de la boda legalizado del españa y ademas me han dado poco tiempo para representar mi certificado era unos 45 dias.He tenido certificado de la boda solo registrado de ministerio interrior de pakistan.Entonces he enviado mi certificado a pakistan y prsentado en oficina de correo como TCS en islmabad.Ahora pido que hazme caso y verficas mi certificado mas antes que puedras por fi.Imaginate que nada mas difficil en mundo a vivir sin su compañera de la vida.El recibo de la TCS y recibo de embajada de britanico de madrid mando adjunto en archivo.

Telephonic marriage is not acceptable according to Spainish law. Physical get together is requried to make the solid proof. This law restrics the fake marriages.

Hi Asghar Hussian,
Visa is based on single entry and multiple entries. It is an option for the visitor. Spain Embassy does not collect the documents directly. You should visit your nearest TCS visa center. You will get the forms and all kind of relevant information there. You must have solid bank statement and assets and strong ties with home countries. It does not matter that you have sponsor from your Spanish friend. Good luck J

Mr Asghar Hussain yes you can apply for 7 days visa.its a short term visa, but by air ticket i think its nt such a gd idea. well u cant even mention this in ur visa forms, that he is paying for your ticket, and btw its a very long process. ..without strong invitation its impossible for u to apply for a visa.
i already applied for a 7 days visa (short term visa: sports visa) now its been 1 month i haven’t heard anything from them.

Hi Amara,
Generally, two weeks to one month is required for family visa stamp. Whenever your original passport and documents will reach the TCS center, they will call you. In certain cases, embassy directly calls the applicant to embassy office.

Dear sir ,
I had submitted work visa application which was rejected by the Spain embassy Islamabad and advise me submitting appeal with in one months , when I submitted appeal in Spanish language on dated. 08/02/2010 . then the Spain embassy sent me letter and asking to sending appeal in the English language on date.12/02/2010.
It has passed 4 months but I did not get any reply while I tried to contact by telephone 2088777 but they never listen me . I am disappointed in this situation .

dear,my qualification is is BDS(dental surgeon) from Kyrgyz republic & i want to go for lenguage+internship to spain.i found a intenational lenguage school in madrid(spain) with this programe.they advice me before applying for visa u should consult with spain embassy for visa conformation.because when i apply for invitation i have to pay all their fees.i want to know if i pay all fee i can get study visa easily or not .pls help me.thanks
