LAHORE: On the direction of the Punjab Chief Minister, the government is going to launch a website (www.cspc.gop.pk) for prompt action on peoples’ complaints against the government departments and others.
The website titled Chief Secretary’s Petition Cell is being launched in view of people’s complaints which are not being entertained by the government departments.
It was informed during a meeting of DCOs presided by Punjab Chief Secretary Javed Mahmood held here at the Civil Secretariat on Saturday. The meeting was also attended by the Secretary Local Government, the Secretary Services and District Coordination Officers of all 35 districts of the province.
The meeting was told that in addition to this, all 35 districts would have computerised complaints cells equipped with the latest software.
All these computers would be connected with the central cell namely Chief Secretary’s Petition Cell to be established at the Civil Secretariat Lahore. In case of no action on any complaint, the Chief Secretary would himself take notice against the officials concerned.
The Post has learnt that with the establishment of the Chief Secretary’s Petition Cell, the aggrieved persons or party did not need to come to Lahore rather they would get justice by filing their complaints at their respective DCO offices.
The meeting also reviewed extensively the preparation of the lists of eligible families for the Food Stamp Scheme in all the districts. The Chief Secretary was briefed by DCOs about the progress of their respective districts in this regard.
The scheme is scheduled to be launched on August 14 by Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. Javed Mahmood also briefed the DCOs about the food schemes, on which the Punjab government has already allocated Rs 22 billion, which would help around 2 million poor families across the province. During the meeting the speed of registration of primary schools was discussed and the Chef Secretary ordered DCOs to be more efficient.
In the meeting, it was conveyed that the post of divisional formation officer at the forest department had been restored on the line of director education.
During the meeting, DCOs were asked to get vacated lands of the live stocks encroached or grabbed by the land grabbers.
Talking to The Post after the meeting, Chief secretary Javed Mahmood said that the cell and the website were being developed shortly in the wake of government’s policy to provide quick and cheap justice to the people at their door steps.
“It would ensure speedy dispensation of justice, he added.
He warned that no government officials would be allowed to use dilly dally tactics while disposing of complaints of the deserving people.

SIR MY BASIC REQUEST IS THAT,DUE TO THE USE OF IMPURE WATER,MOSTLY PEOPLE REMAIN ILL.There is just a single room facility having only one Doctor.There is no surgical facility.In case of emergency,people move towards Muzaffer Garh which is 30 km away from K.D QURESH.Lot of people lose their life before reaching to the hospital.

It is stated that I am a poor, disable and unemployed man with seven children. I migrated from India in 1947. My parents were martyred in India. I was alone and helpless that a kind person having Mercy in his heart by name Shah Din resident of 270- Feroz Pur Road Body Building Lahore gave me shelter in his house. He married his daughter to me and built a room in the same house mentioned above. My three children were born there. The Government shifted the people living over there to Green Town Lahore. A house (102/B-2 D2 Green Town Lahore) was allotted to me as the others were allotted. I started living there but some corrupt officers of LDA started teasing me. Because of that I had to go to court and I got stay order. In spite of the court orders, my house was sealed. I have this issue in the court but after 30 years, I still could not get my house back. Being a poor and disable man, I cannot afford lawyer’s fees. That’s way my case was not pursued properly and the court gave verdict against me. I wanted to appeal against the verdict but the corrupt officers of LDA promised me to give my house back and said to me not to appeal and the house was given me back over just promises. when I demanded to pay dues of the house they backed off, and they started teasing me and asked me to bribe them of 3 Lakes. Sir, some corrupt workers of the department are getting allotment on their name. I have been facing this issue in court for 30 years and I spent all what I had. For God’ Sake please allot the house on my name because I am living there. It’s my right that the house should be allotted to me. Otherwise I will commit suicide with my family in front of you. Have God Mercy upon you!

Many articles and editorials have been written on the backwardness of the areas of all over Pakistan. Due to the positive struggle of print and electronic media, the change in the culture and atmosphere is felt. But those areas where the media has no access or the public representatives are not concerned with their voters, the position is very poor.
I have to take your attention to the PIPLAN a Tehsil of District Mianwali, which is rich
Agricultural area and a business place for effective graing market of the district.
. Koh_e_ Noor Textile Mill was closed in 1980’s and after that Mr. Nawaz Sharif twice visited the Piplan for his election compain and promised new mill but in vain.
When the public representative is not answerable to public and there is no media approach then what can be expected.
This Tehsil has only 2 political Families. 1 from city Piplan, former Provincial Minister, Mr. Sibtain Khan and Other out of City Mr. Feroz Joia. These two play one by one and these two has their own preferences. Public opinion is that one is only limited to City Piplan and other is outside the Piplan city areas but this is joke because the city and other surrounding areas are totally backward there is no one to help this area. Politician from Mianwali only visit for their MNA campaign and then nothing.
Degree College has no complete and also the competent staff so the students has to go to higher cities for further qualification. Girls inter college has to be the degree but shock to know that inter staff is not complete. Two boys’ high schools are working in the city, having somewhere staff problem and somewhere building insufficient to cover the huge flow of students. One Girls High School is working in the city which is very surprising to cover city and also the surroundings of the city.
There is no Commerce College in the city bigger than the Nearest Tehsil Kallurkot of District Bhakkar.
At Kallurkot B.Com classes are conducted and at Mianwali M.Com classes are conducted. Where the Piplan has no Inter Commerce College. Kallurkot to Piplan distance is 18 Km and the road is very much poor to travel as it takes one or more hour to reach by coaches there. At commerce college Kallurkot, this year, the number of the Piplan student in all the college is the highest. But in our area, there is no voice for education, health and employment.
Through your honour, it is humbly request to speak loudly for my poor area as I remain very disturbed for education and politics of my area. Due to this people are involved in criminal activities and in cock fighting very famous in my area.

I am resident of 141-H Model Town also neighbour of your newly constructed C.M House in Model Town, A robbery held at my house on 15th Feb 2010, FIR # 15/10 was registered in model town police station Lahore, There after my case was reffered to CIA office model town to SP Mr.Umer Virk and in two weeks time they arrested all people involved in robbery along with goldsmiths who purchased our Jewellery from them.
I was pleased with their effective efforts and was very hopeful to get my loss recoverd very soon, but even after 45 days, I have received nothing except promises and assurities where as I have came to know that few people involed in my robbery are released by CIA , specially goldsmiths who gave in writting to CIA that they have purchased our gold from robbers and it was their regular arrangements with looters.

I want to state an issue
which is going on in Umer Block Allama Iqbal Town Lahore.
A quack named Mansoor Shoukat of Shaaf clinic is operating in Umer
Block Allama Iqbal Town. I was diagnosed as being going through
depression, he overwhelmed me with a heavy dose of multiple medicines.
While using those medicines I could only wake up for eating, and after
usage of 2 days i started urinating blood. I went to him to discuss my
condition but his assists asked me to pay the heavy fees again for the
follow up treatment. Upon telling them that it may be due to drug
reaction they still refused to allow me to meet the said so called
doctor. I then called him on cell phone while he was also sitting in
the same premises of clinic, he refused to take responsibility and
blamed it on me and held the phone. I have suffered but someone
please scrutinize him and check his degrees, I asked his assists to
show me his degrees but they manhandled me and used abusive language.
He’s a money monger, blood thirsty psychopath, making healthy
people sick in order to earn money from them. He has locked some
“patients” in his premises, I am not even sure about their “patient” status
now. Unfortunately no one is there to help us common Pakistanis. How
these vampires are wandering around, no one cares to grab them.
Please check him and save many more prospective victims.

I have 8 Killas in squre No.7 at chak No.688/28 GB Tehseel Kamalia Distt.Toba Tek Singh.I had been Irigating my land for 40 years at the nakka of killa No24.Mr.Rasheed Ahmad s/o Anyat Khan and his sons distroyed my watter kanal betveen Killa No.7&14 and stoped my irigation from dated 8-7-08.The FO rajbah pir mahal orderd for FIR aganst them and orderd to restor watter kanal dated13-10-2008 but canot.session court orderd 13-03-2010 and Adminstrater loir gogara dvision east Fasal Abad and SDCO Bhagat orderd 30-3-2010 orded to restoration of watter kanal.
Zeladar M.hafiz Pir Mahal came in the chak wiithe police for restoration of watter kanal but at spot he ignored all ordrs of hier othortiese.He got 20000 rupees from me for restoration of watter kanal .But he did not restor .I pay abyana regularly but I could not irigate my land from8-7-08 to today.
I request for restoration my watter kana and second party should pay tawan. And zledar retured my 20000 rupees.I request to tak nsesery action aganset Zledar M.Hafeez Rajbah Pir Mahal. Thanks.

As the new rule of government All offices will be close at saturday. I am complaining about KASHF FOUNDATION ( a microfinance compney of SM ZAFAR). Most of the branches are open at saturday. Please take some action about it.

It is respectable submitted that my father Muhammad Nawaz Khokhar Deputy Superintendent had been died on 25.12.2003. 7 years have been passed but still GP Fund/3 years salary case and BF Fund is pending, I contacted to concern authority but in vain. Lot of superintendent and IG changed in this period and in made request to every one.
