LAHORE: On the direction of the Punjab Chief Minister, the government is going to launch a website (www.cspc.gop.pk) for prompt action on peoples’ complaints against the government departments and others.
The website titled Chief Secretary’s Petition Cell is being launched in view of people’s complaints which are not being entertained by the government departments.
It was informed during a meeting of DCOs presided by Punjab Chief Secretary Javed Mahmood held here at the Civil Secretariat on Saturday. The meeting was also attended by the Secretary Local Government, the Secretary Services and District Coordination Officers of all 35 districts of the province.
The meeting was told that in addition to this, all 35 districts would have computerised complaints cells equipped with the latest software.
All these computers would be connected with the central cell namely Chief Secretary’s Petition Cell to be established at the Civil Secretariat Lahore. In case of no action on any complaint, the Chief Secretary would himself take notice against the officials concerned.
The Post has learnt that with the establishment of the Chief Secretary’s Petition Cell, the aggrieved persons or party did not need to come to Lahore rather they would get justice by filing their complaints at their respective DCO offices.
The meeting also reviewed extensively the preparation of the lists of eligible families for the Food Stamp Scheme in all the districts. The Chief Secretary was briefed by DCOs about the progress of their respective districts in this regard.
The scheme is scheduled to be launched on August 14 by Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. Javed Mahmood also briefed the DCOs about the food schemes, on which the Punjab government has already allocated Rs 22 billion, which would help around 2 million poor families across the province. During the meeting the speed of registration of primary schools was discussed and the Chef Secretary ordered DCOs to be more efficient.
In the meeting, it was conveyed that the post of divisional formation officer at the forest department had been restored on the line of director education.
During the meeting, DCOs were asked to get vacated lands of the live stocks encroached or grabbed by the land grabbers.
Talking to The Post after the meeting, Chief secretary Javed Mahmood said that the cell and the website were being developed shortly in the wake of government’s policy to provide quick and cheap justice to the people at their door steps.
“It would ensure speedy dispensation of justice, he added.
He warned that no government officials would be allowed to use dilly dally tactics while disposing of complaints of the deserving people.

Please look into the matter personally to re-dress our complain with current information that estimate regarding provision of sewerage pipeline has been sanctioned and work order was also issued but the work is not being started with excuse that funds are not available with Lahore Cantt Board. This excused is being forwarded from three financial years as we have no VIP approach which can compel the concerned authority to start the work. Therefore, it is very humbly submitted that CEO Lahore cantt board may graciously be asked to start the work to uphold the standard of life as we are also living in the heart of lahore approximately 2 kilometers away from lahore Allama Iqbal international Lahore as well as Defence housing authority. I would like to suggest/ request to your kind honor that the funds may kindly be used from the quota of Khawaja Saad Rafique and Mian Naseer Ahmad who MNA and MPA respectively of our area. Kindly do some special arrangements to re-dress our geniune inconvenience/problem.

This picture can narrate the situation of this street and we can say that we are living in very very backward village instead of lahore. Therefore, it is humbly requested to kindly do our help, help repeated help as no body is listening us even then I have written letters to the prime minister of Pakistan, defence minister of pakistan under which LCB is working. Dear Sir,
I am trying since years for laying of sewerage pipe lines and carpeted road in our street. I have visited the offices of Lahore cantt board and station commander office in this regards many times along with written applications but still remained fruitless. The competent authority may visit the site and decide whether I am along with other residents of the vacinity are deserving for these facilities or not as it is informed that a human being can not pass through this street on foot.Specially old gents ,ladies and school going children are suffering badly since years as no body has listen our voice inspite of repeated verbal/written requests. Furthermore, I have also written to the prime minister of Pakistan and Mr Ahmad mukhtar Chaudry (defense minister) being an in charge of cantonment areas and copy of same was also forwarded to Khawaja Saad Rafique being MNA of the area but no body has taken any action in this regards up till now. The estimates for both of the above works are ready for approval and an estimate for carpeted road was approved by the competent authority of LCB last year but the work could not be executed due to non-sanctioning of the work of sewerage pipe line.Therefore it is very humbly requested to look into the matter personally and do favor for the execution of aforesaid works immediately as it is very essential for the health of the residents of the vicinity.Furthermore, we are depriving from these facilities since many years for unknown reasons as the previous government has completed the works of sewerage and roads in all the streets of the vacinity. Only our street i.e. markaz rooh ul islam street bilal town bedian road lahore cantt is remained untouched. It is also informed that two dini madrassas (Islamic institutions)are situated in this street. The visitors of these madrassas suffering much on the occasion of their congregations. The condition of the street may be seen in the attached photograph with this email. Kindly consider it very sympathetically by giving it the top priority to provide this basic right to the residents of our street. I am 100% hopeful for completion of these works as the PML(N) is holding the government in Punjab province which is a party of our forefathers.

But there is no scop of Great jobs in Education Department Specially in Punjab

But they tried after each Govt. next Govt. tried to experiement with this Department
The Teachers of Education Department of Punjab Can’t Do anything because they are the victim of these Experiments
Salaries of the teachers are like the peons and Grade 1 employes
Even the Labour and private Labour Employee get all the facilities like Medical, Social Security, Death Grant, and other facilities according to rules
But the Highly qualified teacher / Called now Educators not get even the reasonable salraies
the system is too bad But if you don’t give anything and facilities to teacher how can it shows results
There must be a strong action by the Supreme Court of Pakistan or High Court of Pakistan to make sure that teachers rights must be given
I must say that if the teachers Economic Problem doesn’t solve the Country Economic problem will not be better
A teacher can give you result if he is finacially in good condition. he has no burden in his mind and he will devotionally teach the Students
I think Mian Shahbaz Shareef who promise in his election Comaign that teachers Salary will be equal to Judges.
He said in a Public Meeting that he will do the teacher salary = Judges Salary
He must act upon his promise now

i m done MA english and woking as a c-iv in education department. But education department is not mermoted me even a junier clerk. EDO education khanewal is not promoting us.we have passed the typing test but we have no money to pay them in wrong hands. i complain to chief minister several time by mail but not action is taken so how i can say that chief minister is doing well.

No CM or PM or President can solve the problems of a common man, unless he has a group of dedicated people around him to look after these matters. The letters and emails sent to them do not even reach those people, you just pick an email of a high ranking official from Punjab Portal (Chief Secretary, etc.) and try to send him an email, and it will bounce back to you, why? Because they don’t want to waste their time in reading none sense emails, they have a lot of more important matters to deal with; they have to buy loyalties of assembly members, look after the business affairs of their bosses and ensure the availability of funds for their personnel use when they are kicked out by another CM or PM.
Unfortunately, we have not been able to establish a system in Pakistan; we have always been ruled by Armed forces, Family Parties, Feudal lords and corrupt Beourocrates.
Pakistani nation is always cheated by these selfish segments of our society, because the masses do not have awareness and education to make the right decisions.
The lawyer’s movement in Pakistan was really a popular movement which could have turned into a revolutionary movement, but it turned to be a failure. Unfortunately it did not have a Leader to guide the nation (only small men leading a huge movement).
Pakistan at present is in dire need of a true Leader, let us hope and pray that we are able to find him soon, otherwise, we shall be no more………….
پاکستان میں تعلیمی انقلاب، اساتذہ کے استحصال کے خاتمہ سے مشروط
یہ بات اب حقیقت بن کر سامنے آ رہی ہے کہ ہم نے پاکستان میں تعلیم کی ترقی کے لیے کچھ نہیں کیا فوجی حکومت ہو یا جمہوری حکومت ہر دور میں تعلیم کبھی بھی ہماری ترجیح نہیں رہی۔ آج تعلیم کے معیار اور خواندگی کے تناسب میں ہمارے ملک کا شمار دنیا کے پسماندہ ترین ممالک میں ہوتا ہے۔ اس کے باوجود ارباب اقتدار تعلیم کی طرف کوءی توجہ دینے پر تیار نہیں، یہ بات بھی سب پر عیاں ہے کہ حکومت وقت تعلیم کی ترقی کے لءے جو مہم چلاتی ہے اس کا مقصد بین الاقوامی برادری خصوصا اقوام متحدہ کو مطمعن کرنا ہوتا ہے جو پاکستان میں تعلیم کی سہولتوں کے فقدان پر اپنی تشویش کا اظہار اکثر و بیشتر کرتے رہتے ہیں۔ قومی اور صوباءی حکومتیں اس مہم کے ذریعے زیادہ سے زیادہ بین الاقوامی امداد حاصل کرنے میں تو کامیاب ہو جاتی ہیں لیکن اس امداد کو صحیح مصرف میں خرچ نہیں کیا جاتا، نتیجتا وہ امداد حکومتی اللے تللوں اور اشتہار بازی کی مہم میں ختم ہوجاتی ہے اور تعلیم کے شعبہ جات میں صرف اجلاسوں کی کارواءیوں تک ہی فنڈ کا استعمال عمل میں آتا ہے۔
آج بھی ہمارا تعلیمی نظام ایک تجربہ گاہ بنا ہوا ہے اور مزے کی بات یہ ہے کہ اس تجربہ گاہ میں تجربے بھی وہ لوگ کررہے ہیں جن کا تعلیم سے کوءی واسطہ ہی نہیں۔ صرف ذاتی تعلق اور اثر و نفوذ کی بنا پر انہیں اس شعبہ میں طبع آزماءی کا موقع دیا جاتا ہے کیونکہ بین الاقوامی امداد اور حکومتی بجٹ کو کہیں نہ کہیں استعمال بھی تو کرنا ہے اور اس کا نتیجہ پوری قوم اور اقوام عالم کے سامنے ہے کہ آج تک پاکستان میں کوءی تعلیمی نظام جاری نہ ہوسکا اور آنے والی ہر نءی حکومت نےنظام تعلیم میں رخنہ اندازی کرکے سرے سے نظام کا ستیاناس کردیا ۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ وطن عزیز میں خواندگی کا تناسب انتہاءی کم ہے اور خواندہ افراد میں ان کو بھی شامل کیا جاتا ہے جو صرف اپنا نام لکھنا جانتے ہیں۔
آنے والی ہر حکومت نے یہ دعویٰ کیا کہ تعلیم ان کی ترجیحات میں شامل ہے (خواہ آخری ہی ہو) لیکن اس کے لیے انہوں نے اپنی ساری توجہ سابقہ پالیسی کو ختم کرنے اور نءی حکمت عملی تشکیل دینے پر صرف کردی اور انہوں نے اساتذہ سے مشاورت کرنےکی بجاءے اپنے من پسند ارکان کو محکمہ تعلیم کے بجٹ پر تعینات کیا۔
یہ بات بھی دلچسپی سےخالی نہ ہوگی کہ ہر حکومت نے سابقہ حکمرانوں کی ایک حکمت عملی کو تسلسل سے جاری رکھا بلکہ اس میں ہر دور میں اضافہ کیا اور وہ ہے اساتذہ کا استحصال۔ ہر حکومت نے اساتذہ کرام کے استحصال کو اپنی پالیسی کا حصہ بنایا اور اگر پاکستان کے تعلیمی ڈھانچے کا جاءزہ لیا جاءے تو ایک حقیقت سب پر عیاں ہوجاتی ہے کہ پاکستان میں جس قدر استحصال اساتذہ کا کیا گیا شاید ہی کسی اور طبقہ ملازمین کے ساتھ ایسی زیادتی کی کوءی مثال سامنے آءے۔
پاکستان میں اس وقت سرکاری سطح پر اساتذہ کی لاکھوں آسامیاں خالی پڑی ہیں۔ صرف پنجاب میں ایک لاکھ سے زاءید اساتذہ کی ضرورت ہے۔ پاکستان کے سب سے بڑے صوبہ پنجاب میں اساتذہ کی بھرتی پر اکثر و بیشتر پابندی لگی رہی ۔ ۲۰۰۲ء میں حکومت وقت نے اساتذہ کی بھرتی کا سلسلہ شروع کیا۔ لیکن ان کو وہ پیکج دیا گیا جو ایک درجہ چہارم کے ملازم سے بھی کمتر تھا جبکہ اساتذہ کی کم از کم تعلیم قابلیت بی اے رکھی گءی اور اس کے ساتھ ایک تدریسی کورس بھی لازمی قرار دیا گیا۔ اگر دیگر محکمہ جات کو دیکھا جاءے تو اس قابلیت کے حامل افراد کو سکیل نمبر چودہ دیا جاتا ہے جبکہ اساتذہ کرام کو کنٹریکٹ پر بھرتی کیا گیا اور کوءی بھی سکیل نہ کیا گیا بعد ازاں یہ معلوم ہوا کہ اساتذہ کی آسامیوں جن کو ایجوکیٹرز کا نام دیا گیاہے، ان میںسے ایلیمینٹری سکول ایجوکیٹر کو سکیل چودہ، سینیر ایلیمینٹری سکول ایجوکیٹر کو سکیل پندرہ اور سیکنڈری سکول ایجوکیٹر کو سکیل سولہ دیا جاءے گا اور بہت جلد ان کو مستقل بھی کردیا جاءے گا ۔ اس کے علاوہ ایجوکیٹرز کو تمام دیگر الاءونس بھی دیے جاءیں گے۔ اسی امید میں پانچ سال گزر گءے اور سال 2007 ء میں اس وقت کے وزیراعلٰی نے ایک مرتبہ پھر اساتذہ خصوصا کنٹریکٹ اساتذہ کی امیدوں پر پانی پھیر دیا اور گریجوایٹ اور اس سےبھی زیادہ اعلٰی تعلیم یافتہ اساتذہ، ایلیمنٹری سکول ایجوکیٹرز کو سکیل نمبر 9 میں پھینک دیا۔ حالانکہ تمام قواعدو ضوابط اور کم از کم تعلیمی قابلیت کی بنیاد پر ان کا حق سکیل نمبر چودہ بنتا تھا لیکن جس کی لاٹھی اس کی بھینس کے مصداق یہ ظلم کیا گیا۔
موجودہ حکو مت بھی تعلیم کے میدان میں انقلاب لانے کی بات کرتی ہے اور حکومت پنجاب نے اس سلسلے میں طلبہ کے وظاءیف میں بھی اضافہ کیا ہے اورکچھ درجات میں وظاءیف کی شرح بھی دُگنی کردی ہے اور آپ کو یہ جان کر حیرت ہوگی ہاءیر ایجوکیشن میں وظاءیف کی شرح سکول ایجوکیٹرز اور ریگولر ٹیچرزکی تنخواہوں سے بھی زیادہ ہے۔ کیا اس کو تعیلیمی ترقی کی پالیسی کہا جا سکتا ہے وظاءیف تو لاکھوں بلکہ کروڑوں میں سے چند سو یا ہزار طلبہ کو ہی ملیں گے اور ان کی شرح کو دگنا کرنے سے ان کو انفرادی فاءیدہ ہوگا جبکہ اساتذہ جو کل وقتی فراءیض انجام دے رہے ہیں اور ان کے ذمہ پوری قوم کی تربیت ہے اُن کا استحصال کرکے ہم کس طرح اعلٰی معیار کی تعلیم حاصل کر سکیں گے۔ پوری دنیا میں قوموں نے اساتذہ کو اعلٰی وقار اور معیاری طرز زندگی دیا ہے لیکن افسوس کا مقام ہے کہ وطن عزیز میں اساتذہ کی حق تلفیوں میں آ نے والے ہر دن مسلسل اضافہ ہو رہا ہے۔
اگر معلم معاشی فکر میں مبتلا رہے گا تو اس کے لءے تعلیم و تعلم میں دشواریاں پیدا ہونگی اور وہ اپنی صلاحیتوں کو گھریلو حالات درست کرنے میں لگا دے گا۔ وہ توجہ کے ساتھ اپنے فراءض بطور مدرس انجام نہ دے سکے گا۔قابل صد افسوس بات یہ ہےکہ دیگر شعبوں میں میٹرک پاس ملازم کی تنخواہ بھی گریجوایٹ ایجو کیٹرز سے زیادہ ہے۔ انہیں دیگر تمام سہولتیں بھی حاصل ہیں جن میں پراوڈنٹ فنڈ، انشورنس،پینشن وغیرہ شامل ہیں جبکہ اعلٰی تعلیم یافتہ ایجوکیٹرز اس سے محروم ہیں۔
سابقہ وفاقی حکومت نے اساتذہ کے لءے ٹیچنگ الاوءنس کا اعلان کیا تھا لیکن اس وقت کی پنجاب حکومت نے وہ بھی اساتذہ کو نہ دیا جبکہ اضافی قابلیت کے الاءونس سے بھی ایجوکیٹرز کو محروم رکھا گیا ہے۔
وفاق میں ایف اے پاس اساتذہ کو سکیل نمبرچودہ دیا جاتا ہے اور بی اے پاس کو سکیل نمبر سولہ ، اگر اس حساب سے بھی دیکھا جاءے تو پنجاب کے ایجوکیٹرز کے ساتھ بے انتہا زیادتی ہو رہی ہے۔
موجودہ حکومت نے بھی تعلیم کی ترقی کو اپنی ترجیحات میں شامل کیا ہے موجودہ وزیراعلٰی پنجاب وقتا فوقتا اس بات کا اعادہ کرتے رہتے ہیں کہ تعلیم کے بغیر کوءی قوم ترقی نہیں کرسکتی اور اپنی تقریروں اور پریس کانفرنسوں میں وہ تعلیم کے شعبہ کی بہتری کی باتیں بھی کرتے ہیں۔ لیکن انہوں نے بھی سابقہ حکومت کی اساتذہ کے استحصال پر مبنی پالیسی کو جاری رکھا ہوا ہے اور سابقہ حکومت کے طریقہ کار کے مطابق کنٹریکٹ پر ایجوکیٹرز کی بھرتی شروع کرنے کی منظوری دی ہے۔ یہ کنٹریکٹ سراسر استحصالی طریقہ ہے ۔ اس جاب میں ایک ایجوکیٹر اپنا خرچ پورا نہیں کرسکتا تو وہ ایک کنبہ کی دیکھ بھال کس طرح کرے گا
یہ بھی قابل توجہ مسءلہ ہے اور اس پر مناسب طریقہ کار اپنا کر قابو پایا جاسکتا ہے کہ لاہور، فیصل آباد، راوالپنڈی، ملتان وغیرہ میں ایسی اطلاعات سامنے آءی ہیں جن میں دیگر شہروں کے افراد بڑے شہروں کے ڈومیساءیل بنا کر ایجوکیٹرز کی خالی آسامیوں پر بھرتی ہوجاتے ہیں ۔ حالانکہ اس بات سے محکمہ تعلیم بھی با خبر ہے کہ ان کا تمام تعلیم ریکارڈ اورشناختی کارڈ بھی دوسرے کسی شہر کا ہے لیکن اس کے باوجود وہ ان سے صرف نظر کرجاتے ہیں۔ اس کی ایک بڑی وجہ ڈومیساءیل ہے جو کچھ اضافی رقم دے کر آسانی سے بنوالیا جاتا ہے ۔ اس کی وجہ سے مقامی امیدواروں کی حق تلفی ہوتی ہے اور یہ بات چھوٹے شہروں سے بڑے شہروں میں آبادی کی نقل مکانی کا باعث بھی بنتی ہے اور وہاں مساءیل میں اضافہ ہوتا ۔ اس لءے بھرتی میں اس بات کا بھی خیال رکھا جاءے کہ حتی الامکان اصل اور مقامی امیدوار کو ملازمت کا موقع ملے
ملک میں خواندگی کا تناسب اور معیار تعلیم بڑھانے کے لءے ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ اساتذہ کی عزت اور وقار میں اضافہ کیا جاءے ۔ انہیں غیر معمولی پیکج دءے جاءیں ، ان کی جدید تقاضوں کے مطابق تربیت کی جاءے۔ خالصتا میرٹ پر بھرتی کی جاءیں۔ محکمہ تعلیم کو منظم کرنے کے لءے جدید ذراءیع کو بروءے کار لایا جاءے۔
اس بات سے انکار ممکن نہیں کہ اساتذہ کے بغیر کوءی قوم ترقی نہیں کرسکتی اور اگر اساتذہ ہی مساءیل کا شکار ہو ں تو قوم مساءیل سے کس طرح نکل سکتی ہے۔
موجودہ وزیراعلٰی کے بار ے میں سننے میں آیا ہے کہ اپنے انتخابی جلسوں اور پریس کانفرنس میں انہوں نےکہا تھا کہ وہ اساتذہ کی تنخواہیں ججوں کے برابر کریں گے اگر یہ بات سچ ہے تووہ اپنا وعدہ پورا کرتے ہوءے یہ تاریخی اعلان کریں قوم ان کا یہ احسان کبھی نہ بھولے گی اور یہ پاکستان میں تعلیم انقلاب کی طرف عظیم قدم ہوگا ۔

Subject: PROMOTION OF MEDICAL OFFICERS (IN BPS 17 FOR MORE THAN
18 YEARS)
Venerable Veteran,
With much regards, I wish to get your kind attention towards a neglected and non presented joint issue of Medical Officers working in BPS 17 for more than 18 years (Selectee by PPSC), without any promotion including me.
Any PMA or strikes present only Specialist Cadre doctors, and all the times only specialist cadre is privileged. No doubt frustration of Job Security due to Adhocism is there amongst young doctors, but we (more than 3500 doctors) are more frustrated due to in BPS 17 for more than 18 years, as promotions are going on only in BPS 18 and above mostly.
In 1989, 4500 doctors were regularized without Public Service Commission. Half of these have been promoted till today. In PPSC 1990, 358 MOs, in 1991, 625MOs, in 1992, 520MOs, and in 1996, 1026MOs were selected. Non of 1990, 1991, 1992, and 1996 selectee have been promoted. Most of these have even acquired higher qualification (including me DPH from IPH Lahore in 2000).
This is due to no PSC after 1996 and four tier formula. No one other department in Provincial and Federal have so late promotions, which seems to be not done even after retirement?
During 1999, worthy Mian Shabaz Sharif took the initiative of developing good managers, and opened the deputation criteria of DPH/MPH at Institute of Public Health Lahore. Due to this since 1999 most of the Public Health Specialists are young. But non have chance to prove their worth as a manager due to non promotion.
Strangely in Health Department posts from basic level to executive are all of BPS 19 viz, DDOH of tehsil, MS of THQ, DOH of district, EDOH, MS of DHQH, PD DHDC etc. Most of these currently working managers are not Public Health Specialists. As a result all very well know the Health Indicators (especially preventive programs like EPI, CDC. National Program, Polio etc.).
Now ACRs of seniority no 2000 to 3300 have been called by Provincial Selection Board but on 265 amongst are complete.
Amongst four main National Health Indicators (recourses allocation, IMR, MMR), Managerial Development Process is a major component and also essential to achieve the formers. Though that Managerial Development Process has been attempted to improve in previous tenure of worthy CM Sb., but in vain due to non utilization of these mangers.
Your and worthy Mian Shabaz Sharif esteemed entrepreneurs and constructive charismatic leadership is humbly requested to please:
1. Kindly promote all Medical Officers in BPS 17 to 18 having completed 5 years of services (as was going on previously). This has been done by your very kindness
2. All MOs with DPH/MPH (recognized by PMDC) with 12 year service may be promoted to BPS 19 (as was going on till 1996).
3. Please abolish horrible four tier formula. Time scale promotion may be inducted.
4. Strict action may be taken against officers not signing / countersigning ACRs timely.
5. Separate Executive Cadre from general cadre. Induct only Public Health Specialist from recognized institutions by PMDC.
6. Different level managerial posts BPS may be changed to have a good hierarchy and managerial chain.
7. You both veterans are currently the best example of change with a good leadership (also this is a universal truth), then why not that be implied in other departments, especially these of Social Services like Health and Education.
8. I suggest to improve our health status and hence a healthy nation, to induct and promote Health Managers only after GRE and other tests and courses please.
Currently deficiency of Doctors is going on in all level hospitals, and if not managed this moment, we shall be having a big managerial deficiency in near future and this will be a collapse of service and structures.
In the end again request for sympathetic consideration, I request only with a constructive building nation hope as per your ongoing innovations please.

i have many time submitted my request and there is a response to it as extension of H.T.A’s contract.
Sir the PPP govt is giving jobs to educated personls and re employee the employee they have in their govt. few years ago.
our future is in your kind hands we have been selected after interview among the many candidates and we put our best during our contract time to educate the studens we are the local pepole and we are trained now how to run college and sir in our college only two permanent lecturers excluding principal the college was in function because of the 5 H.T.A’s
now although we got extension but in our contract it is mentioned that
when ppsc selecte comes we will be terminated.
will it be a justice to terminate those who helped you n time of crisis when you dont have lectureres
we belong to poor families who taught us even they sacrifice many of their needs and now we were at the edge and our eyes are on you.

1)punjab university land is used for agriculture but i think it should be used for more hostels to facilitate those students who are studying in 2nd shift and are not getting hostels and are living in other places at higher rates secondly it will broke the monoply of hostel holders who are receaving 6500 pm from students and earning profit of 1500000 pm and are out of tax
2)the persons from gujrat ,lalamusa,jehlum,dinga ,dina,have no way to contact you because they are illeterate and unable to use net secondly media is not there even geo,express news ,duniya news , have no centres in these cities there are very cities i am taking just my cities police have a full control over poor people they threaten them and do illegal work like gambling and wine drinking is mostly done by police officers I can prove this by any way because i was also involved in these activities before but now i have got the right way
3)one another problem is proffessional police in pakistan there is only pecommended police persons who are not on merit they do not know how to speak to a specified person and do not know how to tackle different conditions like defense from terrorists is not in the control of punjab police so they should be trained throughly to control any type of threat even they should be trained to dispose bombs and specific dogs should be in every city but these are limited to just some places

The problem is that, my grandfather purchased a PLOT (plot number 2587/1A) in 1958-1959 before his marriage. He got married in 1960 and he died in 1997. He gifted the plot to his four sons in his life in the court of MR.ARSHED HUSSAIN, CIVIL JUDGE 1ST CLASS, MULTAN as mentioned below.

Some of our relatives and MAHKAMA OHQAF MULTAN are showing this plot masjid’s place under notification number SOP-3(570) A/60 schedule number -3, although we have all of documents. We have submitted a set of plot’s documents to CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR OHQAF PUNJAB LAHORE (SYED RAESS ABBAS ZAIDI) .MR. SYED RAEES ABBAS ordered to MULTAN MAHKAMA OHQAF OFFICE for HADD BARARI through REVENUE DEPARTMENT MULTAN.
The HADD BARARI’S result was in our favor that is, REVENUE DEPARTMENT REPORT ROZNAMCHA NUMBER 2119, KITAB NUMBER 076724 DATED 05-03-08 and then MAHKAMA OHQAF MULTAN refused to sign the report of REVENUE DEPARTMENT.
After HADD BARARI’S RESULT, in de-notification MR.SYED RAEES ABBAS ZAIDI declared it our property, dated 13-03-2008.
On December 2008, MR. KHAZIR HAYAT GHONDAL (NEW CHIEF ADMINSTRATOR OHQAF PUNJAB LAHORE) sent us again same notification number i.e. SOP-3(570) A/60 schedule number -3, after his joining in Lahore, MAHKAMA OHQAF MULTAN have been continuously blackmailing and teasing us.
Now we have submitted all of documents to MAHKAMA OHQAF LAHORE AND MULTAN OFFICE .We have got stay order from civil/session court Multan. MAHKAMA OHQAF MULTAN communicated us that they will cancel our stay order by their sources and also demanding money for leaving this issue.
My grandmother is too upset because she cannot see her children in this trouble ,my father and uncles are spending huge amount over this matter and due to this we have financial problems .It is difficult for me to go to Multan, it’s also affecting my studies can’t give proper attention .
I am sure you will definitely help us and I am looking forward to an early and positive response of the concerned authorities.

5. MY BROTHER MOHD HUSSAIN PERSUED THE INQUIRY MANY DAYS.ON TELEPHONE ( 4 JAN,10) HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD GIVEN THE ORDER S(MY APPLICATION DATED 22-12-09 )OF DPO TO SI MEMOOD FOR MAKING FOTOCOPY BUT HE MISPLACED THE ORDERS AND APPLICATION.SO I CANNOT GIVE ANY REPORT TO DPO.I KNOW YOU ARE 70% TRUE.
THE NEXT THE HE TOLD MY BROTHER THAT THE POLICE OFFICER CAN TRESSPASS ANY HOUSE AND CAN EVEN BREAK THE WINDOWS TO ARREST ANY SUPECTED PERSON WHO IS INVOLVED IN ANY SEROUS CASE.THER WILL BE NO BENEFIT TO SEND THE REPORT TO DPO.HE IGNORED THE OTHER PRIVATE PEOPLE WHO ENETRED MY HOME AND BEATED MY NEPHEW AND FPRCIBLY TOOK MONEY ANY AND HOUSE HOLD.
7. I SENT AN ORDINARY LETTER BY POST TO DPO BAHAWAL NAGAR EXPLAINING HIM THE SITUATION BUT STILL NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AGAINST SI MEHMOOD AND OTHER FOR PRIVATE PEOPLE WHO TRESPASSED MY HOME AND AGAINST SI MEHMOOD FOR MISUSING HIS AUTHORITY.
8.I WANT TO DRAW UR KIND ATTENTION TO POIT THAT SI MEHMOOD DID NOT PUT HIS DEPARTURE REPORT AT HIS NATIVE PS AND THERE WAS NO PAPER WORK AT PS CITY BAHAWAL NAGAR REGARDING HIS RAID.
HON,ABLE SIR, SI MEHMOOD HAS REGISTERD CASE AGAINST MY NEPHEW BASED ON FALSE APPLICATION BY TAKING BIG BRIBE,HE DIDI,NT MADE ANY INVESTIGATION OPENLY AND CHALLANED HIM.
HE DID,NT ALLOW HIM THE TREATMENT FROM DHQ HOSPITAL BAHAL NAGAR.HE ILLEGALLY ENTERED MY HOME IN CIVIL DRESS,ALONG WITH OUR OPPONENTS.HE IS STIIL THERE BET OFFICER OF MY AREA AND ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AGAINST HIM.
THERE FORE IT IS REQUESTED THAT HE MAY BE SUSPENDED AND A LEGAL INQUIRY MAY BE HOLD AGAINST HIM.

Dear Sir my Name is Muhammad Mushtaq and I have business of Hotel which is in the market where mostly labor working in the shops.and I have registered in Sasti Roti Scheme of Respected Prime Minitser Shehbaz Sharif Sb.My Floor Bags Quota has been reduced from 5 bags to 3 bags so I have difficulty in managing my customers in this small quota because this market is very large and poor labor is our customer and their quantity is large as compared to my Floor Quota.I give application to many Sasti Roti Scheme Officers and Administrators in my Area but there is no progress so now I am sending you this Application for Increment of my Floor Bags Quota.So I request you to increase my Floor Bags Quota from 3 bags to 6 bags or at least 5 bags which was my earlier Quota.

Pakistani kite flyers are thinking to celebrate ‘Basant’ in India on their invitation after the Lahore High Court didn’t permit them to celebrate it in Punjab.
The Lahore High Court had dismissed a writ petition seeking directions to lift ban on kite flying, observing that courts cannot permit license to kill in the name of Basant festival as it is a dangerous activity.
Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry passed this order on the petition of Sohail Ansari, a trader of kite flying material.
The Punjab government has been closely monitoring kite flying activities and on the basis of past experience, it is found that permission of kite flying is against public interest as it involved loss of life and property, report continued.
During the period 0f 2006-09 18 people lost their lives due to kite flying while 24 others were badly injured.
Farasat Ali Butt, senior member of Kite Flying Association, talking to The News, said that the Indian kite flying associations of Delhi and Mumbai had contacted him and asked him to celebrate Basant in their country if the Pakistani government doesn’t permit kite flying. He said that the Indian kite flying associations also asked him that they would also bear all the expenses of their travel and accommodation as well. Khalid Malik, director of Culture Syndicate told The News that he also received several invitations from Indian kite flying associations and he would definitely celebrate Basant along with their organisation’s members in India if the government doesn’t permitted Basant here.

Respected Sir,
With the humble request it is stated that, I am studying in University of Engineering and technology Taxila. Right now I am in 4th semester, mechanical department and doing my job best for the future of my family and my country. Respected sir I am from Sibi, Balochistan and my father is clerk in WAPDA department. We are five brothers and most of all are getting education from different institutes. My one brother is studying in Cadet College Mastung, one is in technical college Quetta and other is doing B.com. Sir we have only one source of income and that is my father’s job. We are not land lords and posses any kind of other source of income. At this very moment I am not getting any kind of scholarship and due to high expenses of university I am suffering a lot and my father is also not able to pay my dues and monthly expenses of my university. For your information I must also add that, I also applied for HEC scholarship for students of Balochistan and FATA but due to two months over age I was not able to get that scholarship. Because of all these problems I am unable to continue my studies like other students. On the other hand I am working very hard and got (3.4 cgpa) in my 1st and 2nd semester and hopping good result from third semester.
Kindly provide me some help in my expenses of university. I hope INSHA ALLAH you will help me in this journey of education so that I don’t feel my self burden on my family and can easily continue my education.

With due respect it is represented on the behalf of all the people of Allama Iqbal colony (mandi quarter) faisalabad, a person Molvi Hashim S/O Syed Hussain living in that area is involved in suspected activities, first of all he illegaly occupied a government ground to build an office for the purpose of some jihad organization in the form of mosque and madrissah named as Usman masjid block (M) Allama Iqbal colony near shama bakery faisalabad.He is also raising funds for jihad and other purposes. Suspected people have been seen over there with arms and weapons. It is also observed that they are training and using young generation to achieve their criminal purpose. That person “Molvi Hashim” has also been called several times by government agencies for investigation due to his suspected behavior and punished behind the bars. But unfortunately he survived every time due to strong relations like Saith Muhammad Aslam s/o Gehna. People of Allama Iqbal colony are frightened due to their suspected activities and open exposure of illegal weapons. Being a patriot it is our duty to inform you about such kind of practices. It is requested to you to take necessary actions before the completion of their will.

my daughter secured 2nd position in dera ghazi khan board and she was one the students who recieved prize from the respected chief minister. now she is studing in king edward medical university lahore. sir the problem the girls students are facing ia that of the avialablity of hostel accomodation .there are 12 to 20 students living in small rooms. sir you can imagine how can a student of medical can continue her studies. the problem is not so grave with the boys students as the boys to girls ratio has changed grossly during past few years . i know that long term solution will take time but short term measures can be taken . for example nishter medical college faced the same problem and they converted one of the boys hostel to girls hostel. please do look in to the matter personally as you are very much to education. the problem is urgent because the hostel allotments are being done in these days . pray for your health and long life .

With great respect I open my mouth,Sir.In 1951 Govt Boys Pry School,Thathi Saidu Shah(37130089) as primary school on Mairashareef Pindigheb road,Teh.Pindigheb Distt.Attock.under drawn location.

The privious Govt of Pervez Ellahi upgraded no. of school without looking any physibility. But unfortunately, this school was left as it is.The village of Thatti Saidu Shah has more than 2500 residants.A no of brilliant student are found upto 5th class but after that they detain due to,either they can’t afford travelling expences to go to H/S Chakki ,H/S Mairashareef or H/S Pindigheb or they can’t manage to travell daily.
The total area of GBPS Thati Saidu Shah is 4 kanals,having 3 classrooms and 1 veranda.electricity and furniture for 51 students.
Since 1951 this school has been facing staff problem,and is continued.At this time 2 from 3 teaching posts are still vacant, while in Pindigheb city no of schools are over staff
GBPS 1 Pindigheb 18 teachers,GBPS 2 Pindigheb 16 teachers, and so on.
Sir, Are the citizen of this village are not Pakistani ?
Do the citizen of this village have no rights of learning and reading?
According to own servey there are above than 250 studnts from 1 to 8th in this village.
So, kindly upgrade this school as elementary school.the newly appointed teachers can teach upto 10th class easily,so new staff might be transferd here from Pindigheb or anywhere.
They might be given adventure to show their performance.If it is not possible then merg this school in attached GGPS.Thatti Saidu Shah ,where single female teacher is running it,so that ,it may work properly.
